I would love for you to discover for yourself the calming, healing and deeply supportive energies of being immersed in nature.

Being in nature can have a profound effect at supporting you on your journey. It is especially useful at helping you calm your nervous system & ground you in the present moment & clear/cleanse the feeling of chaos, stress & negativity of the outside world. It can also help you reconnect with yourself, your physical body & your senses, which is an important first step in becoming “curious” about your feelings and emotions, rather than trying to ignore them and hope they will go away.

For this reason, I offer all of my therapy services with a “Nature-based” element.

Walk/Talk - Nature Therapy

I offer walk/talk therapy where we physically walk around exploring the goodness of nature while talking about anything & everything. This is a great alternative to traditional therapy if you naturally enjoy a more active lifestyle or feel you have spent enough time in sterile, clinic consultation rooms! It is a beautiful way to exercise or maybe you simply need to gently move your body (please note - our walks can be as active or gentle as you need). This form of therapy can feel less intimidating than sitting opposite someone in a room & children often find this form of therapy much more comforting as they are free to run around and physically release any built up energy.

In Person - Nature Therapy

If you are feeling energetically tired & depleted or literally physically exhausted, I also offer in person therapy where we can simply sit on a blanket under the shade of a beautiful big tree (with a little bit of added warmth from the sunshine poking through too) and soak in the magic and beauty of our natural surrounds as we talk about whatever you need.

Online - Nature Therapy

You will also find me performing a lot of my online therapy sessions in a beautiful, sunny, outdoor location on my acreage property - maybe sitting on the grass as I lean back against the supportive trunk of a big old tree. Or maybe gently wandering about until I feel called to sit in a particular place. I equally encourage you to sit outside if you can too! Your garden maybe? Or maybe you can position yourself near a window which has some natural sunlight streaming through and a lovely view of some flowers or trees…
